Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. This policy is designed to prevent any risk of cross-contamination.

Return Conditions

(a) You have 2 days from the date of receipt to decide if an item is suitable for you. If not, you may contact us within this 2-day window.

(b) Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with intact packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, used, or altered in any way.

(c) Returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to dispatch. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

(d) We do not accept packages returned via C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item?
- (a) Contact our customer service team and inform them which item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. Returns can only be processed after approval.
- (b) Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- (c) Send the package from your local post office and provide a valid tracking number or tracking link within 48 hours of dispatch.
- (d) Once we receive your package and verify its condition, we will arrange an exchange or process a refund in accordance with our return conditions.

Can I Get a Refund?
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
1. Cancellable Orders:
- (a) Within 12 hours of placing the order (provided the package has not yet been dispatched): A full refund will be issued with no transaction fee.
- (b) After 12 hours of placing the order (provided the package has not yet been dispatched): Cancellation is still possible, but a 10% transaction fee will apply, and the balance will be refunded.
2. Unreceived Orders:
- (a) If you provided the correct address but have not received the package after an extended period, a refund will be issued following verification with customer service.
- (b) If part of a multi-item order is missing, a refund for the missing item(s) will be issued after verification.
3. Post-Receipt Issues:
- (a) Damaged products: Please submit clear photos to our customer service team for verification. A refund will be issued upon confirmation.
- (b) Defective products: Please submit clear photos to our customer service team for verification. A refund will be issued upon confirmation.
- (c) Change of mind (product and packaging must be unused and in a resalable condition): Please submit photos to customer service for verification. A return and refund will be arranged upon agreement.
